  the video drama shown at the recent comvention was called "the wife of lot".

  i noticed some stuble lessons being taught in this soap opera style video.... firstly, all the bad influence comes from women, its the wife and the mother in law whose pushing for more money and a better lifestyle.

  while the men remain loyal to god, can't show the men going astray now can we?.

  an interesting quote on page 9 of the book is there a creator who cares about you is one that i came across when i was first waking up 5-6 years ago.

  I guess he means 2017 being counted from Christ. It's an argument i remember using on a call of mine when i was a zealous 18 year old regular aux pio doing 60 hours to bolster the argument for a real Jesus.

  it still doesnt get you to anything like his followers and those with an agenda say about him in the bible though.

  i've noticed a few of my local grocery stores are stocking a. vogel homeopathy products.

  a. vogel is a company ran primarily by jehovah's witnesses, the "brains" behind the operation, alfred vogel, has since died but he claimed to be one of the anointed.

  the bolle family (co-founders of the company) is a well-known, (now very wealthy) family in the netherlands and there have been significant "contributions" in the past from the company to the watchtower organization.. alfred vogel was a well-known conman, he claimed blood transfusions would change someone's personality, he claimed to have studied native american herbal healing methods... from a native american tourist photo-op actor.

  Yes we had this scam decades ago, my mother bought the books and the potions and was into homeopathy, I think she realises now the scam that it is.

  i thought that wt would have started doing this, but i have not noticed any posts before.. can anyone confirm (post is from fb)?.

  so i have been looking up these different articles to read for myself...one problem.the last time we got a disc was 2015 and i used my mil's disc to down load it to my computer.

  they did a update to it last year over the internet, the program updated it's self.

  The January 1989 wt said the end would come before the end of the twentieth century, but when the bound volume for that year came out end of the following year that wt had been edited changing that paragraph.

  Back in the late 1990's We had an old pioneer elder was adamant the society had said that, We poo pood him and showed him the bound volume were it didnt, poor guy must have thought he was losing his mind as he also could not find the quote.

  Turns out he was bloody right all along.
